The standard production time is typically 14 to 21 working days after artwork confirmation. This covers production, and quality inspection. If you have an urgent event or award ceremony, we also offer rush order services. Please inform us of your deadline before placing the order, and we will do our best to arrange expedited delivery.

For packaging, we use specialized shock-proof gift boxes and bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage.
