為了確保刻字或印刷的最清晰效果，請務必提供矢量檔案 (Vector File)，例如 AI (Adobe Illustrator) 或 CDR 格式。如果您只有 JPG 或 PNG 圖片，我們的設計團隊可能需要額外時間為您勾圖轉檔，這可能會影響生產進度。

To ensure the sharpest engraving or printing results, please strictly provide Vector Files, such as AI (Adobe Illustrator) or CDR formats. If you only have JPG or PNG images, our design team may need extra time to trace and convert the files, which could affect the production schedule.

你們提供送貨服務嗎？運送過程中水晶會容易爛嗎？
Do you offer delivery services? Will the crystal break easily during transit?

我們提供全港送貨服務（包括商業區及活動場地）。包裝方面，我們會使用專用的防震禮盒及氣泡紙加固，將破損風險降至最低。萬一在運送途中不幸損壞，請即時拍照聯絡我們，我們會安排更換。

We offer delivery services across Hong Kong (including commercial districts and event venues). For packaging, we use specialized shock-proof gift boxes and bubble wrap to minimize the risk of breakage. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
